RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are only allowed within 21 days of purchase unless authorized by us.  Item must be in re-saleable condition and must be in original packaging.  All tags must be attached.!  Shoes and clothing must not be worn or soiled.  Soiled soles cannot be returned or refunded, credited or exhanged.  There is no refunded for clearance or discontinued items.
We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface.  This will help prevent soiling the suede sole of the shoes.

All tights, CDs, and other sale items are final sales.  Dance Paws, Footundeez, Tights, Foot Thongs are not returnable and exchangeable due to the sanitary issue.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Specialty Dance Supply cannot be held responsible for lost, misdirected or stolen goods.  You will be responsible for shipping & packaging charges both to and from your location for returns not as a result of our error.

Returns for exchange will not be subject to the handling fee but will be required to pay the shipping fee with a US shipping address.

Refunds for authorized returns will be credited back to your account  within 1-2 weeks  upon receiving the merchandize in re-saleable condition and subject to stocking fee for $5.00.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES  FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS.

EXCHANGE:
Ex-changes due to size or color are subject to shipping charges.   Must be within 21 days of purchase.  Must be returned by regular post.  Must be new, re-saleable condition, original packaging with tags still attached.  Must include copy of invoice.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special order items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS:
Please do not use paypal for discontinued/clearance items since the items are not guaranteed in stock.  Paypal will charge us for reversing fees and we will charge back to the customer.
If you use paypal for your payment and you cancel the transaction, the reversing fee will be applied
