Delivery Estimates
Shipping time is based on several factors. First, it depends on when you place your order, our warehouse processes orders Monday-Friday (excluding US Holidays). Generally if you place an order before 12 noon PST (3PM EST) M-F, and we have the item in stock, the order will be shipped that day. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday afternoon. The second factor is what kind of shipping method you choose.
Delivery Method
One Business Day with USPS within California Cities and 2-3 Business Days to outside California for Small packages - Medium packages will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, larger packages will be shipped via UPS Ground/Fedex Ground; UPS 2nd Day Air/Fedex Express Saver; UPS Next Day Air/Fedex Standard Overnight. The UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air or Fedex Express Saver and Fedex Standard Overnight are only estimation, if there is any difference with the actual price from UPS/Fedex, there will be an additional cost.
2-3 days : Your order will arrive by the end of the second business day (Monday-Friday) after it is shipped. USPS is normally used for this service. 3-5 days: Your order will arrive by the end of the day which it depends on the state. CA needs only 1 day. UPS/Fedex is normally used for this service. A signature at delivery is not required.
1-2 days : Your order will arrive by the end of the next day (Monday-Friday) before 3:00PM. UPS/Fedex is normally used for this service. A signature at delivery is not required.

We normally ship via INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL BY USPS to out of countries. Please e-mail to Angela@specialtydancesupply.com for quotation and we will respond to you immediately.
Backorders
Items that are out of stock at the time of your order are placed on backorder and your credit card will not be charged for that item until it ships. If an item is listed as out of stock and you would like to purchase it, we suggest you do so, backordered items usually ship in 2-4 weeks and are shipped on a first come first served basis. You will receive an e-mail from us regarding the status of your order. You may cancel a backordered item at any time before it ships. Please click for our return policy.
