Delivery Estimates
Shipping time is based on several factors. First, it depends on when you place your order, our warehouse processes orders Monday-Friday (excluding US Holidays). Generally if you place an order before 12 noon PST (3PM EST) M-F, and we have the item in stock, the order will be shipped that day. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday afternoon. The second factor is what kind of shipping method you choose.
Delivery Method
3-5 Business Days: Small packages will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, larger packages will be shipped via Fedex Ground/UPS Ground; Fedex 2nd Day Air/UPS 2nd Day Air; Fedex Standard Overnight/UPS Next Day Air.
2-3 days : Your order will arrive by the end of the second business day (Monday-Friday) after it is shipped. Fedex/UPS is normally used for this service. A signature at delivery is not required.
1-2 days : Your order will arrive by the end of the next day (Monday-Friday) before 3:00PM. Fedex/UPS is normally used for this service. A signature at delivery is not required.

We normally ship via DHL to out of countries. Please e-mail to Angela@specialtydancesupply.com for quotation and we will respond to you immediately.
Backorders
Items that are out of stock at the time of your order are placed on backorder and your credit card will not be charged for that item until it ships. If an item is listed as out of stock and you would like to purchase it, we suggest you do so, backordered items usually ship in 2-4 weeks and are shipped on a first come first served basis. You will receive an e-mail from us regarding the status of your order. You may cancel a backordered item at any time before it ships. Please click for our return policy.
